Cancellation Policy

Here at Medley on Main, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules can get busy. That’s why we’ve created a booking policy that prioritizes respect for everyone’s time—yours and ours. We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service in every class, session, or lesson, and that means planning ahead to ensure every client receives the focus and attention they deserve. To make this possible, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines: Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting for an opportunity to join. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will incur a $10 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and ensures fairness to both instructors and clients. No-Shows: Missing your booking without prior notice also results in the $10 fee. We strive to be flexible but must maintain accountability to manage our schedule efficiently. Emergencies and Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
